At GLAMI we are changing the online shopping experience across Europe. We are a fashion discovery search engine and a performance marketing platform connecting more than 40 million visitors to thousands of e-retailers, monthly, in 12 markets in the EU.

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager who will support fashion e-shops advertising on GLAMI and help GLAMI grow more in the Greek market.

🏋️‍♀️THE MAIN CHALLENGE…

Maintain and develop our B2B partnerships, analyze and optimize their performance on the GLAMI platform, and help us grow in the Greek market.

📈AND SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Keep ownership and oversee a growing portfolio of partners in the Greek market.

  • Build strong relationships with key partners by consulting and educating them on GLAMI's advertising solution.
  • Keep regular meetings, and help in identifying technical integration problems and product opportunities.
  • Provide data analysis with the aim of assisting partners to scale their campaigns and at the same time improve GLAMI’s efficiency.
  • Execute sales to selected targets and when relevant upsell existing partners, following best practices and utilizing automation processes in our CRM.
  • Reporting and collaboration with the rest of the Market Development team.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • 2 years experience in a B2B Sales client-facing position in e-commerce or online marketing (eg telesales, digital marketing agency, SaaS, ad-tech).

  • Very good understanding of e-commerce, familiar with the Greek market.
  • Native in Greek, fluent in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a hands-on way of doing things.
  • Disposition for data-driven decision-making.
